High quality vintage reproduction Chinese export Armorial porcelain plate with British East India armor and banner.
The central crest features the company's official armorial shield supported by two lions holding St. George's cross flags reading "Auspicio Regis Et Senatus Anglia," translated as "By the authority of the King and Parliament of England." The well of the plate is decorated with delicate Famille Rose style pink floral sprays, framed by red and gilt patterned rim.
