The regal Riverwood Manor Estate Sale is a Dunthorpe waterfront masterpiece full of even more masterpieces. The home is stocked with exquisite works of art from paintings to bronze sculptures. Top quality furniture to match the multi-million dollar estate from solid wood sideboards and tables to custom made chairs and sofas. Executive desks. Not to mention the designer patio furniture. High end oriental rugs from hallway runners to enormous palace size tapestries. A kitchen that is full of everything in an entertaining party host's dream. Asian antiques from jars, sculptures, and china. A library full of books. Numerous flat screen televisions and stereo systems. Elliptical machines, outdoor equipment, and other sporting goods. An outdoor smoker with pellets. Lots of linens and bedding. Toys and games. A room full of Christmas and holiday decor. Plus a giant walk in closet overflowing with vintage clothing and accessories.
PARKING WARNING: The estate is located on a private one lane road. You can only park in the street above (less than 1/4mile walk) leading down to estate sale. That way we can keep road in front of house clear for picking up large items.

Important Details
Numbers
There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am on the first day of the sale only.
Entry
If there is a large crowd, small groups will be admitted at a time until everyone is happily shopping.
Your Place in Line
Your number holds your place in line. You may leave after receiving it and return before the doors open.
Payment We Accept
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and debit cards.
Final Sales & Pickup
All sales are final. Purchases must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements have been discussed.
Holding Area
A holding area is available for goods while you continue shopping.
Bags
Large bags, boxes, and backpacks are not permitted. No exceptions.
