Hidden near the top of Council Crest is the lovely Bertha Heights Estate Sale. A charming modern colonial treehouse full of vintage furniture, fine art, and other estate treasures. The estate belonged to a family of doctors that loved to collect art, religious antiques, asian furniture, and figurines from around the world. The estate is a mix of modern furniture and vintage masterpieces, from sofas and tables to cabinets and shelving. A couple grandfather clocks. There are TVs and other electronics like computers and stereos. Lots of children's books, toys and games, including a vintage train set. A walk-in closet of vintage clothes, featuring stylish designer trench coats. Avid golf enthusiasts with an array of clubs and equipment, not to mention the variety of other sporting goods and outdoor/camping goods. Lots of patio furniture and planters to fill the numerous terraces and balconies.
Important Details
- There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9 a.m. the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY.
- If there is a large crowd we let small groups of people in at a time until everyone is happily shopping.
- Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.
- Due to limited service at the estate we will only be accepting cash or checks as payment.
- All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
- We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
- We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.
